Felicity collects nothing. Ever.
Felicity runs entirely on your own computer. It never sends your photos, the faces it recognizes, or anything else to us or to anyone else.
- No account, no sign-in. You never hand over any information to use the app.
- Fully offline. All face detection and recognition happens locally on your device. The app does not connect to the internet. The only exception is when you point it at a folder on a network drive, which it simply reads like any other folder.
- No telemetry. It does not phone home, send analytics, or report errors automatically.
- Your originals are never touched. The faces live in a local database on your machine; your photo files are only ever read, never modified, moved, or uploaded.
- Bug reports stay in your hands. If you choose to report a bug, any log file is shared only because you attached it yourself.
There is no data to lose, sell, or leak, because none of it ever leaves your computer.
